Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are issued by Zentushi Cloud PTE LTD ("Zentushi Cloud", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Singapore with operations in Singapore, Italy, and Germany. By accessing or using Feed Forge (feedforgeai.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Feed Forge is an AI platform operated by Zentushi Cloud PTE LTD. The Service includes social media content generation, image creation, hashtag research, scheduling, brand kits, team collaboration, AI coding assistance (including debugging and software development help comparable to ChatGPT and similar tools), live streaming operations guidance, and cloud systems assistance. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Feed Forge operates on a credit-based system. Each subscription plan provides a set number of AI generation credits per month. Free accounts receive 20 credits. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) provide additional credits as described on our pricing page. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree not to use Feed Forge to: generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content; violate intellectual property rights; spam or harass others; attempt to circumvent usage limits; reverse engineer the platform; use automated scripts to abuse the API; or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of original content and code you input. AI-generated outputs — including social posts, images, and software code — are provided under a broad commercial license for personal and commercial use. Zentushi Cloud and Feed Forge make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, security, or legality of AI-generated content or code. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and using generated output appropriately.

The Feed Forge platform, branding, user interface, and proprietary systems are owned by Zentushi Cloud PTE LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform.

Your use of Feed Forge is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Feed Forge integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Firebase, and payment processors. These services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of third-party services.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentushi Cloud PTE LTD and Feed Forge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages from AI-generated code. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Mandatory consumer rights in Italy, Germany, and other applicable jurisdictions remain unaffected.

The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where Zentushi Cloud PTE LTD is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Zentushi Cloud also operates in Italy and Germany. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in Italy, Germany, or other EU/EEA countries apply to you, those rights are not excluded.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
